As part of their upcoming European tour and their sole Italian appearance at the Metalitalia Festival on Saturday, September 27, 2025, DARK TRANQUILLITY will deliver a special set honoring the albums “The Gallery” and “Character”, marking their respective 30th and 20th anniversaries.
Frontman Mikael Stanne has shared his excitement for this milestone celebration:
“It’s time to go back to our roots and celebrate our origins. 2025 marks the joint 50th anniversary of two milestones in our careers – The Gallery (1995) and Character (2005).
To mark this, we are embarking on a special tour paying tribute to these legendary albums.
Prepare yourself for songs we’ve never before played live, along with classics that haven’t been featured on our setlist for many years”.
The Metalitalia Festival 2025 will take place on Saturday, September 27, and Sunday, September 28, at the Live Club in Trezzo sull’Adda (Milan), and will be preceded by a Warm-Up Party on Friday, September 26, at the nearby Bloom in Mezzago.
